We have a Kirby Ultimate G. Since we purchased it it bounces across the floor and the level of the sweeper has nothing to do with it. To get it to stop, it has to be at the highest level. The place we bought it, has done nothing to help us. We tried a new beater brush, no help. If I have to use it at it's highest level to sweep my carpet, I might as well not waste my time.
ANy suggestions?
