Chatty waitresses/waitors or quiet waitresses/waitors?

Which do you prefer?

Depends on the occassion. If I have a guest with me and want to be left  alone, I'd rather have an un intrusive ( but attentive ) waiter.

If I am alone, I wouldnt mind chatting with him/her  to pass away the time. Specially, since I am personally a foodie and interesred in hotels and restaurants.

I like attentive, polite and poised waiters/waitresses.

Not the clumsy kinds!

Both types are good..chatty ones would share a lot of info..

and when I want to be left alone...its good to have the quiet types.

Good service would count the most, in either case.

depends on the situation if its slow and you have nothing brewing a chatty person would make the night more enjoyable

I like them somewhere in between..  not too quiet but definately not too chatty unless it pertains to important menu or food preperation of my meal.....
