Cheap, yet working spy recorder?

My teacher is just full of it. Long story. I want to have proof of what she's doing to me. I'm planning on recording her well a voice recorder, but I can't find a decent one under thirty dollars?

I had a cheap one that recorded on small tapes. Cost about $20.

some digital cameras and cell phones have records in them. Don't buy one, maybe some one will lend you one to use.
