Cheap Access number to call India?

Are there any cheap access numbers to call mobiles in India. Say 0.5p per minute.

Plzz help.

You'll not find an access number for any destination that charges less than 1p, as 0844 numbers start at this level.

As for India, and especially calls to India mobiles, the level needs to be set so that the operator of the service is able to route the call (paying the relevant uk originating and Indian terminating networks along the way).

So far as access numbers go, 0844 570 7990 will let you call India, including mobiles in India, for 5p/min.

Alternatively, you might want to consider a VOIP (Voice Over IP) account with a provider such as Voipcheap.com.  They currently charge 0.07 euros/min for these calls, which is very cheap - though you will need a broadband connection on your computer and a headset/microphone to use it.
