Cheap Black Womens Heels Online?

Question

Where can I buy these online? I'm looking for an established company that has a good track record that will sell cute 3" or less black, strappy, heels. Thanks!

i found a good pair of strappys at Maceys but they are kinda going out of season now so it will be challenging

Ooh! Try Payless; they have oodles of fun shoes, and I'm sure they have black heels. ;)

The best place would be ebay.  No, they're not used.  (haha)

For my 21st bday, it was a night out with 16 ladies, all glamed out and we went to this really fancy place in downtown for dinner and drinks, and then went clubbing afterwards.  I wanted to have the best outfit (as it's MY 21st bday) and all the shoes I could find at all the local stores (including Mall of America, yes, I live in Minnesota), were either too pricey or didn't go with my outfit.  So, I went on ebay and got the cutest red pumps for only $20!  A lot of stores on ebay have really cute and sassy shoes.
