Cheap Cable From All Over the World....?

This might be a strange question. But, my Somali father told me about a cable box, or something of that nature that gets just about every channel from every country for a very low price, or for just one charge. I would really like some help with this. Digital Cable is just too expensive. And I love foreign shows, and learning about other cultures. Obviously due to me having a foreign father. So a little help, anyone?

cable  is  local  to  the  company  that  provides  th signal.  there  is  no link  like  with  internet  that will hook  you  up to  other  countries.

it  may  be  a cable  internet  box  for your  tv in which  case  it  could  be  true but  whether  it  would  work in the  NTSC broadcast system is  another  matter
