Cheap Costume Ideas For a group of 10?

Another guy and i are leaders of a group of 10 for a school thing... we just need some ideas for some cheap costumes that we can make for our group of ten and the two leaders...

A group of people at work did the asian thing. One bolt of fabric wrapped around different ways according to male/female and height, everyone did flip flops, girls did white face paint and flowers in hair. Guys did fake mustaches drawn on with eye pencil and plastic swords from the dollar store. It went over pretty well.

Also, there was this thing we did at camp for the talent show...If you are leaders, and want to play a joke on the group, make them all wear the same color pants with different solid colored shirts, and hold their hands in a loop over their heads. They are "suckers".
