Fitness First is a large and reputable business.

It may be right for you but not right for someone else.

Luckily, i think they may offer like a free trial period or something similar.

So maybe go along, and see for yourself!

I personally though must say that i prefer the smaller "no name" gyms, as the classes are smaller, and it is a much more relaxed enviroment.

All up to the individual though :)

Ummmm anywhere but Fitness First!

Their gyms are way too busy for my likings. Try doing a class and having someones butt in my face is not my idea of working out!
