Cheap LCD TV for sale?

Where can I buy a cheap lcd tv? I hear that LCD is better than plasma, is it true? Which ones are the best?

LCD is slimmer, so you can hang it on the wall.  It's also more energy efficient.  Plasma is going to show blacks and colors a little better, so it is better in a brightly lit room.  Neither one is really better, they're just different.
