I live near Little Italy/Chinatown. A 15 min walk from the Village.

I was wondering if there are good places to eat near me open late and for cheap.

  1. wha?  you live there....I don't!

  2. There is this Mexican restaurant called Panchitos in the Greenwhich village.  The food is great, the portions are big, the most expensive item on the menu is $20 and it has that lounge feeling(really cozy). And they are known for having the best margaritas in NYC. My friends and I love it there.

  3. Go to Vincents in LIttle Italy, you get so much food for not that much money....

  4. Great New York Noodletown (Bowery & Bayard) is open till about 4am

Puck Fair on Lafayette & Houston is open till 3am

Tropical on Elizabeth & Broome (Japanese food) is open till 3am

Pinche Taqueria on Mott and Spring is open till 1am and 4am on weekends (very, very inexpensive)

Atomic Wings on West 4th and Sixth is open till 3am

Great Jones Cafe is open till midnight, later on weekends

Mamoun's Falafel on MacDougal and Bleecker is open till about 5am

  5. Everywheeeere, seriousely just go out and walk youll find sthg in 5min

  6. Try the Taco Stand upstairs from La Esquina.  It's located on the corner of Lafayette and Kenmare.  It's always bustling because the downstairs is a trendy bar/club - but the upstairs is just a place to grab a bite.  So you'll get the atmosphere of a trendy place without the prices!
