Cheap Pantech Duo without service plan????

Ok i already asked this question but last time i only got one answer and this time i am hoping to get more answers.

want a pantech duo sooooooo bad!!! I want to buy it without a plan. Every site i look at it's really cheap but then i choose to get it without a plan and it goes from like $25 to $350! Anyone know a site besides e-bay or craigslist that has it cheap. I want it $200 the most! PLEASE HELP MEEEEEE!!!!!

I really want to help you, but I don't think that there are any sites like that.

You would have to search really, really, really hard.

I think that cheapest you can get it is like $399, and that's at Walmart, and they are supposed to have LOW prices. LOL
