Cheap Skating dresses?

Okayy... well I'm a ladies small-medium in skating dresses. I need a new dress but at a very cheap price. Anyone knows any stores in Ottawa-Montreal where I could buy skating dresses at a cheap price. (under 60$)

if you dont already know any stores around you,

its best to buy one online.

i dont really like the dresses on ebay but there are plenty of places on the internet, and it will only take a couple of days or, at the most 3 weeks to get.

They offer a few dresses under $60 but because they recently switched to this site they haven't transfered all of their stuff if you could even go into the $70s then that gives you more options. They do ship to Canada but I don't know the details.
