Cheap Video Cameras??

Question

I need a video camera because i want to start uploading videos to youtube and my cell phone is not cutting it. What do people usually use for recording videos for youtube? and I want a good camera that works with a computer so i can upload videos and edit them. My spending limit is around a hundred dollars so please help me! thankyou!
