Cheap bunglow in Phuket during December?

Hello. I'm wondering if it would be possible to find a beach bungalow in Phuket during December for around 500-600 baht / night. Would it be pushing it to expect air con and a pool??? I don't have to be in the centre of the action and I'm not afraid of walking a bit to get to the beach. Any recomendations would be greatly appreciated.

I think if you have not booked up now it may be a little late have a look at www.asiarooms.com but yes I agree Pattaya may be a cheaper option. Looking for a pool just buy some drinks at a pool and your welcome. Most pools are not monitored for average priced hotels.

Cheap, Phuket, December - those 3 are hard to accomplish at the same time.

Phuket is upscale and December is Hight Season - meaning hotels will be 25% - 50% higher.

If you are planning on going in December - expect to pay 2,000 Baht and up for a decent hotel.

december is  high season .so prices r  high.

phuket  is  up market  

try pattaya instead!
