Cheap but decent custom T-Shirts online?

Question

I'm involved with a project for a new website and would like to get some cheap advertising by giving away free t-shirts. I'm looking at maybe 20 t-shirts and about 200 bumper stickers. Does anyone know of an online store to design a custom t-shirt for cheap cheap cheap and maybe a place for bumper stickers too (if i'm not pressing my luck :) )
