Cheap car insurance for a young driver...

is there any insurance company who can give me a good deal on my car insurance? (i am hoping to get insured on my mums grande punto) I am getting ridiculous quotes all the time just because I'm an 20 year old male, and being from liverpool probably doesnt help matters either haha. For car insurance the obvious way to get a good quote is do a policy comparison on car policies. Make certain that you choose similar policies with the same deductibles, car type, location, etc so that all things are an accurate comparison.



What I most often recommend is an online comparison quote at http://www.InsureAutoNow.info since they have discount insurers and will give many prices on car insurance polices.

Think about increasing your deductible.  Over-insuring is a very common mistake.  Check this site out for a few other suggestions.

You are unfortunately right about your gender, age and location. However, don't despair. You mum's car is a good one to have for cheaper insurance. Be aware that if you want to be the main driver of the car (i.e. do most of the mileage), then you should not be on your mum's insurance policy as a named driver.
