I'll be traveling through oklahoma on I-35 soon and would like to know if anyone can help me find a cheap place to buy cigg..Like I heard there are places to stop and get cheap smokes..Thanks in advance..

  1. YOU CAN GET CHEAP CIG.S ON ANY MILITARY BASE BECAUSE THEY DON'T PAY ANY TAXES ON THEM.
