Cheap crafts stores with free shipping?

Question

Can anyone suggest a cheap arts and crafts store that offers free shipping? I basically just need paint and maybe some wooden cutouts. Thanks.

I haven't heard of a craft store that is "cheap" and has free shipping but I deal with a craft catologue store that is reliable and has quality products .

I don't know of any one store that would constantly offer free shipping, but

often has specials with free shipping going on, like the current promotion. You'll need to enter their promotion code SCD187 to qualify. This is only good through Sun., 07/06/08 12:00 AM PDT and make sure you read the fine print.

Some times Oriental Trading will offer free

shipping if you spend over a certain amount.
