Cheap entertainment?

I wanna do something fun tonight but I am broke. So after buying my cigarettes, and gin I won't have any money left. What could my BF and I do for some cheap entertainment? Something under $15 preferably.

We already play games and watch movies at home all the time.... we'd like to do something else.

Hang out at the mall, grab a snack and people-watch. No matter how bad it gets, someone always has it worse.  It's your job to point it out.  My wife and I just sit there and play "Shaved or Wolly Mammoth." I usually win.

If you plan on drinking what I always find funny is inviting some friends over, or going somewhere with them, and when they get drunk try to get them to do stupid things. One time I got a girl to pee in a public trash can. It can be fun and unpredictable.
