Cheap family phone plans in Georgia??

I am looking for phones for me and my husband. We need a 2 person family plan that does not do credit checks-our credit is BAD!!! LOL. We live in Georgia so we need a phone company that exists here in Atlanta or the southeast. Any suggestions??

Try to get prepaid cellphone. I am using Virgin Mobile. Just need to refill $20 every 3 months if we do not use it up.

No monthly fee and only pay what you are using.

If you have internet access, you can use skype (download free at www.skype.com ) for about $3.00 per month for unlimited call to anywhere in  USA.
