  1. Try this website for cheap flights to the US.

    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/travel/...

  2. If you are going to orlando you could try skytours. They operate from bhx.

  3. try orbitz.com

Despite what that person (suggested zoom) said, its cheaper then the website's he has pointed out. With orbitz it may be priced in dollars but you can still purchase if you are from the UK, see if its best to fly from Manchester or London because Birmingham might be too expensive.

With Orbitz they do the cheapest mult-fly trips. You could fly from London to New York or LA and then another flight to San Fran and back. have a play around with your dates ans destinations and you will see. You could even get a flight from UK to New York and then purchase a seperate in-bound flight for even less

I use this site everytime I go to the USA and i have found no site cheaper...airline network,expedia,lastminute...all rubbish.

And ive been to the states 4 times in the past year flying all around the USA as well.

And use caution with ZOOM they may look good deals but beware, they can often and without notice cancel flights or change them without letting you know until its too late. Check their reviews on the internet from other people that have used that airline.

    Have fun in the USA

  4. You may find it hard to get good price tickets from birmingham.  You will get a much better choice of flights from London (LHR or LGW) . Very little goes direct from BHX

Orbitz.com is not a good site for this sort of journey

If you fly with Zoom across to NYC its about £350 return and then another £150 to SF with Virgin America return. Both are really nice airlines.

Be careful going with the cheapest budget airlines (like cheapflights.com) becasue they have lots of small print about stay lengths and other rubbish..and the wings might fall off.

Its now high season and you will be lucky to get a direct flight with the main airlines for under £400 each way.

I would recommend going into London and flying cheap to NY with Zoom and then use a Virgin America to SF. This will cost £500 max and when I did it in mid May worked perfectly.  You can even do it in one day. (leave london at 10.30 - arrive NY at 3.00.  Leave NY at 7.00 and arrive SF at 11.  Or there are plenty of cheap hotels at the airport where you can spend the night.

Have a great time and I hope this helps

  5. American Airlines is reasonable

You can also get cheap tickets from places like Expedia, so long as you know that you going from the US or from the UK where ever it is you live.

You don't wanna say have a flight from the USA to the UK and back to the USA if you live in the UK.

  6. www.travade.com has some great deals.  I would at least compare and bookmark their site.  Good Luck!
