Air Asia is the cheapest on flights from Bangkok to HCMC, check Air France too (yes, Air France). Air Asia is a budget no frills airline but has pretty nice seats and open seating, not my favorite airline, but they do have good prices. I've flown twice to HCMC from Bangkok within the last year and used Air France, a little more money but worth it, to me at least. Most other airlines will be almost twice the price.
