Cheap flights to South America?

Question

I am hoping to go to South America sometime this summer, probably July. I don't really mind where I go (Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, or Chile) I just need to find the cheapest flight I can. Any ideas?

Where are you from? The price depends but if you come to Argentina you´ll find the chepest prices and the most beauiful places to visit. I swear. www.tourcompanion.com.ar

This is the way i do, cheap ticket.com have a very nice tool that let you know wich one is the cheapest price on the month, I give you a good example.

1-log on www.cheaptickets.com

2-Click "Expand search options" (in blue)

3-Click "Find low fares for weekends and flexible trips"

4-You will see "Flexible Search windows" here just feel out the spaces, for example From JFK (New York) to UIO (Quito).

5-Select "OPTION 3", select that you want a 5 to 7 days vacation, and select March 1 to March 29.

6-Press Search, you will se a compleate list of all the avalible flights for the mont of march, and you will see the cheapes are  $460 leaving the week of march 5. (this price apear today 2 - 8 -8, with the time price may change).

You can play around with others cities, like Argentina, Brazil or Colombia, buth the cheapes place in South America to visit is Ecuador, Flight, Rooms and Food are very good for tight budgets.
