  1. oat, vegetables, bread and fish.... these helps you to feel full all the time and have enough energy to carry out your activities. have fun!!!

  2. make omlet in ur home

  3. Lentils and dried beans from a store that sells them in bulk are super cheap, but you WILL have to cook them.  If you like really flavorful food, google a couple of Indian recipes for lentils/beans.  Or just make one giant pot and eat off it the whole time, with some really good bread.

  4. Both of you raid your fridges, freezers, pantries, cupboards, and spice racks.  For anything else you need, clip the coupons.  If you can drink, pick that up on sale before the trip, any place with a summer house has higher prices, just make sure to keep it in the trunk on the way there.  And once you get to the house, you can pick up ice and fresh fruit and have a daiquiri!

  5. ramen

  6. Pasta and canned sauce, BBQ stuff like hotdogs and hamburgers, cereal and eggs. they are all pretty cheap.

  7. ask every one 2 bring one home-made dish, use discount or gift vouchers to buy foods, use ur mind's creativity to use leftover food to make delicious dishes or healthy-cheap food to taste delicious!!!!

do tell me if my idea worked!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches....yummy!

  9. KD/ WIENERS/ BREAD

  10. PASTA-RAMEN-EGGS=BACON and BURGERs

  11. It depends what country are you living in.

For me I live in Malaysia. You can eat Roti Canai,Nasi Lemak,Satay and much more.

  12. pasta and spaghetti sauce always makes a cheap meal.  you can be creative with the pasta by adding fresh or canned veggies for one meal....then maybe ground beef for another meal, etc.

  13. Breakfast-buy some cereal and some breakfast bars. Wal-Mart makes cheap generic nutri-grain bars that are better than the real thing. Eggs are always easy and you can always find some cheap bacon. Also, you can buy some bagels and cream cheese.

Lunch-bring along bread and tuna fish, turkey, bologna, etc. and make sandwiches. Buy a cheap bag of chips. Check the deli and see if they have any big tubs of potato salad, macaroni salad, or something like that that will last 4 days.

Dinner-Ground beef is usually cheap. Maybe make burgers, hamburger helper, tuna helper, burritos, tacos, etc.

Check your newspaper and look and see what's on sale! I typically base what meats I am able to buy by what's on sale. Go to more than one grocery store if they are close by to get the best deals on things.

    Good luck and have fun!
