Cheap gas prices?

Where on the planet would a driver find the cheapest gas?

I'm sure t would be where the demand is lower.

I thought it would be China, but someone else says Russia.

Cheap gas is a dream of the past.When I first started driving you could fill up for about $7.00 to $10.00.That was so long long long long long ago.

Both wrong. Cheapest gas prices would be VENEZUELA. Gas has always been really cheap there.

Venezuela. My Spanish teacher is from there. He says you can get it for like $0.12 or $0.13 (Or somewhere in there. I don't remember the exact number)
