Cheap hairdresser in portland

And I also want it dyed red and blond and stuff.

But I don't have a lot of money and I need to know of a hairdresser or somewhere I can go where i can get my hair done cheap, but still actually get a quality cut an dye.

I would recommend Salon In Vogue on SE Hawthorne. It's a school for the Dosha salons (high end salon and spa) but the stylists there have already gone through basic beauty school, so they are very talented. Its a little bit more than going to the Aveda school for example, I think a hair cut is about $20 and color will probably be about $40, but you should call and ask.

Bring the picture in with you, so your stylist knows exactly what you want. Salon In Vogue managers will make sure that you are happy with your style, and tell you if they can't get your hair a certain color, or whatever.
