Cheap holiday in cornwall, is this possible?

My husband and I along with our 2, 4, 6 and 15 year old would love to go to cornwall or surrounding area for the summer, any suggestions?

the only way you'd do it cheaply is either go out of peak season or go camping

Have you thought about camping in tents?. This is the cheapest option, with holiday parks (caravans) as the next inexpensive.

Holiday cottages now tend to be expensive, especially in summer, as visitors demand such luxury. Lots of inland farms now offer this type of accommodation, as farmers are diversifying. That would be cheaper than similiar commercial properties on coast.

Hi, Cornwall has some beautiful places.  Have you looked at website www.visitcornwall.com ?  Accomodation wise you might find it a better bargain if you self cater.
