Cheap hotel/B&B in Strasbourg, France?

Question

Can any of you recommend a cheap hotel or bed&breakfast in Strasbourg? Something like less than 40 Euro/night for two persons.

You could do worse than Etap Hotels. Very similar to Formule 1, only slightly more expensive, for the simple reason that you get your own toilet and shower, as opposed to having to share them with other people on the same floor (as with Formule 1).
