  1. During my last trip I came across a website called http://www.cheaphotel-s.com . It has quite a large variety of hotels. You might wanna give it a try.

  2. Search here :

    http://www.jetsetgotravels.com

It provides search option like near a landmark etc

Also it provide searches from more than one source.

But beware ... cheap hotels can be trouble some times so check reviews of the hotel your are

    going to book.

Check the exact location of hotel from google maps.

  3. i'll be staying at this hotel at the end of the month, only $89/night. my mom stayed there and said that while the rooms were kind of cheesy, it's great if you just plan on using the room as a home base while you walk around the city

  4. Try the YWCA, it's cheap and a nice new building. Possibly also the Holiday Inn Express on Hastings. I'm afraid you're into high season prices now. If you can be a little out of downtown you'll find better prices. You might also try the Shaughnessy Village. It's a highrise bed and breakfast. The rooms are tiny but good.
