Cheap islands out of the US?

my mom wants me to look at some cheap vacation spots [islands] thats not to far and again is CHEAP! its for her and my dads 20th anniversary. we have been to Jamiaca, Punta Cana, and Mexico all a couple of times so we like the carribean. so if i could have some links that would be sooooooooo helpful! thanks taylor :]

Departure port would be New York or New Jersey if they aren't to far. You can save airfare which is kind of expensive these days.

the cheaper the island the bigger the problems however in the troubled islands yuo will find good areas haiti is very cheap but you need to understand the econmoy and have some connectionsthere is a beach resort that is wonderful in the north of haiti called cormeir its near labadee and a hotel on the beach costs 60 -90 dollars a night with a big breakfast that can feed two in the morning, there is scuba diveing and wonderful water a restraunt bar and its a calm quiet nice vilage outside but not much to do sometimes there is live music, and boat rides and tours are usally there, i wish i could give you a website but most places in haiti arent really web connected, most of the islands are cheap but when you go to a resort things are threw the roof cuase they know americans are loaded and they want your money
