Cheap isolation pads for studio monitors?

I wanted some cheap isolation pads for my studio monitors... im on a budget so i need some cheap alternatives... cheapest i can find were like 40 bucks.. what are the pads made out of? just regular foam? is there a place i can just get the foam from? thanks

I have seen studio speakers standing on 2" thick concrete paving slabs which in turn were resting on rubber feet. I think this should fall within budget and should work pretty good too.
