Cheap lager in supermarkets?

i went to morisons earlier to get a few things and saw lager on sale 2 for £16 i was dead chuffed and decided to go back later to grab em, i then had to go to asda to get something i couldn't in morrisons and to my absolute chuftness i saw 3 for £20 what a deal, these deals don't come round too often...in my area anyway. im gonna stock up :)

does anyone else think that this sort of deal should be on all the time?

and if its a good thing or not?

you need to get a party going get everyone to bring their own booze and put it on a table then boot them out n then you got no respect but free booze!!

Stock up!!! Make sure you get a few wenches to share it with. The goal is they wont remember how dirty they got with you the next morning after drinking that shite.

It tends to be fairly shite lager. It's cheap but one gets what one pays for, dontcha know! It'll get you pissed though.

It tends to vary where the booze is cheap so you have to shop around.

I'm wondering whether if you tried buying a bottle of Fuller's ESB, Adnam's Broadside or a German Wheat Beer, you'd come to realise how dreadful all of the lagers you mentioned actually are?

In the grand scheme of things, lagers are possibly the worst style of beer in existence, yet for some strange reason the most popular? Makes me shudder too!
