Cheap neutering in NYC for rabbits?

Question

I have a male rabbit who is 3 and a half months old but i really can't shell out 200 to get him neutereed. does anyone know a place to get it done cheaper? Please dont refer me to the rabbit house society because i called and those ended up being all expensive.Also i checked the aspca but it is only for people on public housing. plesae help

Have you tried a local vet, or an animal shelter even?
