We home school our 3 but I don't know what you mean about cheap on-line homeschooling.  Cheap on-line home school classes?  Cheap on-line home school tool?  My best suggestion is for you to find a local home school group and ask other home school parents what they use.  Your local library could also be a very nice resource.  We bought most of our needs via A Beka.  It's Christian based.  It is reasonably priced and most topics are more advanced than what is being offered at the local public schools.

Look into the k12 program. The website is k12.com. Many states offer it for free as a public school. We use it in Georgia under the name Georgia Virtual Academy.
