On flights departing on 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, August fares start at $1010. This includes taxes and fees.  The flights cost the same out of DCA (Reagan international), IAD (Dulles) or Baltimore (BWI).  There are a lot of selections at BWI at the $1010 fare.

Note: The flights for United Airlines on Cheaptickets and on the United Airlines website are over $2000.  The flights on asianair are $1005.
