Cheap pallet racks?

Question

Where can I find heavy duty steel stacking racks. (For pellets)

Only 1 stack high. I want THE CHEAPEST. Some are 500 bucks. Are there places where people throw them away, if so where?

I would go searching down the ports - look at the biggest business, or warehouses, factorys etc....
