Cheap plane tickets from nyc to seattle?

Man we have checked everywhere and tickets from all the airports in nyc like lga,nyc, jfk, and newark they are all like 400 something dollar tickets, we were looking for first weeks in august anyone have any tips or sites that will be cheaper weve checked them all

$359 on Delta is the cheapest I see on my first search.  Make sure you are flying mid-week for the best fares and just keep looking every single day at different times of the day, but honestly for a cross country flight now-a-days I dont think you will do a whole lot better than that.

Try priceline, flights departing LGA to Seattle on Wednesday, August 6, 2008 and returning on the 13th or the 14th costs are $369.  You may be able to save more with bidding.  Make your dates flexible as leaving a day earlier or later could make a huge difference.

Also compare prices with airline websites.

See how much it costs if you fly JetBlue.  Go to their website since I don't think they partner with the travel websites.  Just know that August is still peak travel season so it is not always easy to find a cheap flight.
