Cheap present for my friends Birthday?

I literally have like no money (about $3.50) and it's my friends Birthday in two days. Anything I could make for her?

How bout a really nice photo of the two of you in a hand decorated frame - you can pick up a cheap wood frame from a 99c store or something similar and decorate it with all sorts of things.

How many pics do you have of her?  You can get a photo album and put a bunch of pics in it for her.  If you dont have enough, ask her mom if you can have her baby pics and make a scrapbook album for her.  It is something she will cherish forever.  Or, you can make her a CD that has her fave songs on it.

like window shopping, ride a bicycle together, working out together, picnic, or even just cooking together !!
