Cheap smart phone on ebay from hong kong?

Question

i am looking at a smart phone from hong kong on ebay. it looks to be of good quality and it is from a good chinese manafacturer. I just want to know if anyone knows if the build quality is good and if they work. Also on the picture it looks to have windows mobile but i don't think it will. Is it worth it. too be honest i wouldn't touch these chinese imports with a bargepole. They are rip off copies of popular mobile phones, like the n95, n73 etc. Avoid at all costs.

The model you provided a link for does not have windows mobile operating system.

Please note that this phone can not be used in United Sates,

Canada or any countries which don't support GSM 900/1800 Mhz

has a good build.  good features.  operating software not be so good.  not windows mobile. good price.

don't buy it! my cousin bought an "iphone" from somewhere like that on ebay, she gets it and it looks fine and all, but she cant text, use the internet, set ringtones or wallpapers. the only thing she can do on it is call.

you would be better served searching the internet for your phone i've found that ebay seems to be a sellers market and you could buy cheaper else where
