  1. cookies good!

  2. That's great or a certificate that says she's the best teacher ever......and some home made cookies

  3. how about  A scented candle

  4. I got my teachers mugs with hot cocoa because my teacher liked cocoa better than coffee and a little beanie baby basket with chocolate in it to the other one;

they like getting chocolate the best.

Though, a barnes and nobles gift card would probably be a whole lot better because teachers can buy books for their class(what my teachers do) and they do those readers books; like sunshine state readers, ecttt.

Which they buy 15 of every year. So they would be much better off with a bookstore giftcard.

But they'd probably enjoy something like chocolate a whole lot better, personally.

But either way they both benefit.

    Chocolates cheaper though.

    Just a few thoughts(:

  5. hmmm i like the candy in a mug thing or like  a beenie baby in a mug

    its all cute ;]

    hope this worked

  6. um, well food might b good. another idea would be to give her gift certificate to a nice restaurant. im not really sure, sorry!

  7. I would go to a dollar store! You could buy a few things from the dollar store and put it all together in a basket.  I've gotten everything I've needed from the dollar store when buying things for teachers. One time, I bought a coffee mug, a lot of different hard candy, some fruit, and a thank you note. I took these things and put it in a clear wrapped basket. I bought every thing from the dollar store except the fruit.

  8. school supplies for the next set of kids? or a spa kit from a bath/body store

  9. Just ask your child what they like the best about their teacher and then have them illustrate it.  You can write a nice note stating your appreciation for what your child's teacher has done for your son this year.

  10. im going with a gift card.  When i was in middle school , i gave my teacher designer shampoo from a salon cause my mom is a hair stylist! they loved it every year!

  11. A gift card to a local bookstore would be great along with a hand written note letting the teacher know how much you appreciate all her/his hard work.

  12. I'm thinking gift cards to a teacher store. Or just an ordinary Visa /American Express gift card. $10 to $20 should be enough.

  13. maybe something like food would be a good idea or chocolate yum.........

  14. maybe a special cake!!!

  15. homemade cookies! or candles

  16. Teachers LOVE gift cards to Borders or Starbucks if they drink coffee! Then they don't hve to spend their own money!

  17. How about a item that relates to any *specific topic* that your son brought home from school?

This should help the Teacher better remember your son.

%I use the clay stone-figure that one of my students gave me when I taught Elementary physics class.  I remember the lesson dealt around Rock-formations and thier effects on ecology.

    Try to make it lesson-specific.

  18. yea cookies would be good...... if his teacher is a grl dollar tree has some nice cheap stuff!

  19. I really appreciated when my kids' parents got us nice lotions, handsoaps--because as a pre-k teacher, you wash your hands sooo much it just dries them out.

  20. a classical apple

  21. I am a preschool teacher and I wash my hands a million times a day, so some good smelling soap would be nice.  Cookies, subs, pizza, anything like that would be great. One of my parents bought the staff pizza which was awesome.  Some nice pens would be cool, or some nice paper.  Some craft supplies (we buy a lot of our own).

  22. buy some fruits and make a fruit basket or instead of cookies or food buy a post card and let your son sign his name

  23. visit http://www.realindulgence.com - a lovely jar of edible Wild Hibiscus Flowers in Syrup! not so costly and makes a good little prezzie i think. these flowers bloom in all sparkling drinks.

  24. photo frame

  25. NO FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hate getting food, soap and MUGS.

Gift cards are the BEST gift you can give a teacher.

  26. a picture of your son so she can remember him

  27. Get a gift card to Starbucks for 10$ it works every time and they think your nice enough to get them something.

  28. A gift card is a good idea since they can use it for anything, but if you don't want to go that route have your son make a thank you card and get his teacher something they can use. (Stickers, a book( for the classroom), craft supplies)

  29. if its a girl, maybe a small spa basket

if its a guy, a book

  30. Well, I'm 15 and last Friday was my favorite teacher's birthday.  A bunch of kids chipped in, and got her a chinchilla, though that's not too cheap, haha.  When I was younger I usually got my teacher a Barnes & Noble giftcard, though.  They can be cheap, or expensive, so... yeah :)

  31. CHOCOLATE is great. i gave my teacher a tea set with tea bags and a little mug for like $15 from Starbucks...
