Cheap tickets to Australia?

I was wondering if anybody could help me in finding cheap ticket to Sydney, Australia (SYD) leaving from Detroit, Michigan (DTW).

The price range I'm looking for is around $1300 - $1500?

And leaving early October, coming back early November.

ask in Detroit, Michigan as that is where you are leaving from

well i would look on the internet for specials or go to your local travel agent in Detroit, Michigan as they would suit your needs

I'be been looking for tickets to Australia from Florida and the best fares I have found are on Orbitz.com or cheaptickets.com but both are over $2K.  If you don't care when you fly, you could also try priceline.com
