Go to www.airfarewatchdog.com. Their site is free and all yuo do is sign up and enter your email address. Select your destinations and they'll alert you when tickets are at their lowest.

Summer is the most expensive time to fly to Europe, you probably won't find fares in that range until late fall or winter.

Tickets are going to be about 1300-2000+(fees and taxes) round trip in August.  In the winter they will be half that price.
