Cheap tourist desitination in Europe.?

I am looking for a cheap tourist desitination in Europe. It should have the following

1. Good Site seeing

2. Good nightlife

3. Nude beaches

I'm an American living in St. Petersburg Russia.  St. Pete is on the Gulf of Finland directly across from Helsinki Finland. You can have an awesome holiday for a reasonable amount of money is Russia.  Certainly less than any European Union Country.  If you have a little more dough to spend you can spend some time in Helsinki Finland and take a train into St. Pete (about 6 hours) or maybe also add Stockholm Sweden.  You can also stop at awesome towns in between like Vyborg Russia.  I know of one beach that has nudes on it in St. Pete, but it is very casual and most are usually dressed.  Their may be more, but I don't know.  The beach is on the Gulf of Finland.  If you want help organizing these trips my company can help.  Just shoot me an email and I'll give you some details.

The exchange rate means that all of Europe is more expensive at the moment but I agree that you should take a look at Eastern Europe for a "cheaper" vacation - still good value in lots of places.

I don't know about any nude beaches, but if you are looking for Europe on a bargain, Eastern Europe and the Balkans are your best bet.

There's nothing cheap in Europe. Everything is expensive.
