Which website and how to get cheap train tickets? I only Want to travel by train and not any other form of transport

Amtrak is really cheap on there tickets if you by them online. There web site is www.amtrak.com.I went from Chicago to Temple, Tx for only $112.  If that is not cheap then I dont know what is.  I do not get discounts either.

Hmm, cheap? It depends where your going to. I would say long distance: about 100-200 bucks a pop on amtrak. If it's like from one city to a city right next to it, and amtrak runs an acela express, its about $15. If you get a sleeper, you're in trouble. That goes up to around $3000 round trip. Go to Amtrak.com and see for yourself!
