Not greatest band ever. Good yes and had some catchy tunes, yes.

Some trivial things about them.

When I was in my 20's Cheap Trick was still unknown and was playing in local clubs. (Chicago Suburbs). I didn't like them! (I did a few years later)

Cheap Trick was originally from Rockford IL. When my kids were younger we took them to Rockford's Children's Discovery Type Museum. They had a kind of "Pretend your a in rock band" room. The equipment was all from Cheap Trick and had the logo on it. My husband and I got a kick out of that. (Made us feel old too!)
