Cheap trip to Dublin?

We are wanting to go to Dublin for a friends birthday at the start of May. Any suggestions for cheap flights and accomodation?

  3. Depends on where you're flying from. But as for accommodation? Public transport is great in Dublin, so you don't have to stay right in the city centre. B&b's, hostels and guesthouses are often a bit cheaper - and nicer a little way out of the city. Why not ask your friend if he/she knows of anywhere near where the party will be that you can stay?

  5. Can't help you with flights but a good place to go for Dublin accommodation advice is Almara Accommodations Dublin. They provide a free advice and search service for all parts of Dublin - Hostels,B&Bs and Hotels. Just enter Almara into Yahoo's search the web box and you'll find them.
