anyone know where i can get a turbo for a 91 crx si (D16) not too expensive and not too cheap in quality?

  2. Turbo's just don't come cheap. You can check ebay and craigslist to see if someone decided to go with a bigger turbo, but now your looking at a used one. A decent turbo will run you about 600.00
