Cheap weekly rates for motels in illinois

Are you trying to stay downtown? Congress Hotel is on Michigan Avenue but is off the main drag and surprisingly cheap. You can usually get a room during the week for like 60 or 80 which is dirt cheap for downtown, especially that area.

If you don't mind staying in the suburbs you could find a very nice hotel for around the price  your lookign for with a weekly rate and then would only have a short train ride into the city. If you like shoot me a message and I can recommend some surrounding suburbs or give you some advice.

That's less than $55/day including tax?  Good luck trying to find anything near Chicago that isn't a dump.  You could try Orbitz.com, hotels.com or priceline.com
