Cheapest Place to buy a home phone.

I need home phone and an answering machine. Where can I find these the cheapest. They dont need to be anything fancy at all.

THE cheapest I have found thus far is Walmart.  And, I wouldn't buy these types of items on eBay, if someone else suggests that.

HA! You are buying something that a stranger put his face or mouth and definately hands all over, and you can't take it back to exchange it for a new one if it malfunctions.
