the best way is to call a russian travel agency, they speak english

All  of the following websites:  www.expedia.com, or www.cheaptickets.com  or www.priceline.com

---have similar prices but they run different promotions at different times...

It can be a gamble b/c say you buy your tickets today but tomorrow they may drop  or visa versa

priceline lets you name your price so name a reasonably  low one and hope to get it.

You can also try your local Craigslist or Ebay and buy up airfare miles or vouchers...its harder to find international airline miles but I have seen it before.

People will sell their miles cheaply if they are about to expire or they just need the cash.

....But make sure if you buy these that they can be combined ( if need be) and check that you are not traveling on their blackout dates.  

place a wanted to buy airfare voucher ( posting on Craigslist...maybe a seller will come to you and you can even suggest your price)

It would help if you can tell us where you'd be starting from, and where you'd be going.

One place is believe it or not, Aeroflot because they are the cheapest if you do not originate from Russia with them!
